The dark stripes technology for our aluminum rims is a special engraved brake surface with an anodized coating. This exclusive solution guarantees effective braking in all weather conditions.

HMLS™

This is the result of our 4 year long road in search of materials that will provide our wheels a compromise between rigidity and low mass. Experiments with a variety of materials, different layered configurations have led us to a three-layer carbon fiber, structural foam, and aramid fiber. The multi-layer sandwich structure provides a unique stiffness, making the wheel a perfect drive for the road. At the same time, our drives are one of the lightest on the market. Another advantage of using a vibration-absorbing core is the ability to approximate 10% of the vibration through the disc, which greatly influences driving comfort.

Carbon tube

Our hubs are precisely designed and manufactured. Hubs are made of carbon, this technology combined with numerically machined aluminum elements and the patented o-cricoid spring for lightweight and precise operation. With this construction, our hubs weigh only 85g (front) and 206g (rear).

WTAP™

The concept of rim shape  resembles a drop. Our droplet profile is able to maintain continuous air flow on the wheel surface up to 9 ° wind angle to the wheel axle. WTAP ™ improves wheel stability by up to 20%

Enduro Bearings

Spoke hole covers

Large spokes holes on the outside of the rim cause micro air swirls, which drastically increases aerodynamic drag. Our method of covering the holes reduces this phenomenon and seals the wheel so that water does not get into the center of the rim.

Interial nipples

The spokes in our wheels are assembled directly to the aluminum rim inside the carbon profile, which reduces the turbulence produced by the nipples located outside the rim. This solution improves the rigidity of the wheel and its strength.

E nipples control

Electronic control of the number of revolutions of each nipple. Thanks to that, at the stages of the wheel construction, the tension of all spokes is similar and can be precisely centered.

Tubeless rim

New, redesigned according to the latest rim profile. The basic change we have made is the enlargement of the upper part of the profile, which ensures a smooth connection of the rim edge to the tire.
