This product is the first of its kind. Has some great features but requires more secure fitment. Rough roads make the bottle holder loose

Hoping for better customer service
I like the bottle tail, but I do think it’s quite expensive for what it is. Would be nice if maybe there was room inside for a repair kit or tools. If this feature was available, I think it would be worth the money. I received the bottle tail and a cage, but no water bottle.
