Our laser-engraved surface treatment features a precise pattern of micro-indentations that generate controlled micro-turbulence. This turbulent boundary layer helps the airflow stay attached to the wheel surface, effectively reducing aerodynamic drag and enhancing overall speed and efficiency.

AIRlense4

The 4th generation of AIRLense technology builds on the proven aerodynamic concept of the previous generation, with a wider 28 mm rim optimized for 28 mm tires. The redesigned curvature profile refines pressure distribution around the wheel, improving aerodynamic efficiency.

EFFICIENCY

Over 10 years of experience in designing disc wheels have allowed us to create a wheel that is both lightweight and exceptionally stiff and durable. Its monocoque construction combines multiple layers of UD and 1K carbon fiber with a lightweight, high-density aerospace-grade PMI (polymethacrylimide) foam core. This advanced construction makes the new AERON X 80 g lighter while increasing stiffness by 12% compared to the previous version.
