STÄRKE POWER – ergonomic design.

Strength is one of the key components of swim training that is necessary in order to achieve long term improvements in speed. Classic strength training in swimming usually involves longer intervals making the training quite time-consuming.

This process can be accelerated adding intervals with specifically selected paddles to one’s swim training.

Profile of STÄRKE POWER is inspired by the shape of a hand. Our aim was to create a paddle that increases the shape of swimmer’s hand naturally. As a result the paddle increases the resistance without changing the traction of the hand under water.

The final shape of STÄRKE POWER is a result of years of computer simulations and testing of prototypes by swimmers and triathletes of different abilities. This lengthly process allowed us to create a unique product specifically designed for strength training.

The greatest advantage of paddles STÄRKE POWER is the material they are made of. Carbon allows to minimise the weight maintaining required elasticity, flexibility and durability. Thank to these characteristics each swimmer can benefit from an unique minimal weight and natural feel for the water which separates STARKE paddles from traditional firm plastic paddles.

Paddles STÄRKE POWER can be used by all athletes, from a beginner to elite level. There are 3 sizes available (small, medium and large) depending on swimmer’s preferences and abilities.

STÄRKE Technical Paddles System (STPS)

Carbon laminate allowed to obtain unique product features not available when using conventional materials, ie: target firmness with specific level of flexibility while keeping feather-light weigth.

Waterflex

Flexibility of multi-layer carbon fibre individually is designed for each product type. Thanks to Waterflex technology our paddles align with the movements of swimmers’ hands allowing to experience superior feel for the water compared with alternative products. The level of flexibility is specific to each paddle type and their size in order to optimise desired product characteristics.

Featherlight

The lightest paddles in the market. Irrespective of the paddle type and their size, a swimmer’s stroke is not affected by their weight. As a result the recovery phase in the swim stroke, feels natural, as if it was performed without using a paddle.

 Softlanding

The silicone band wrapped around the STARKE paddle stabilises the paddle under the water and allows for safe push off the wall for swimmers not using a tumble turn. In addition it improves the safety in the pool for all users while reducing risk of injury in case of a contact with another swimmer.
