TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
All shipments out of EU will incur duties and taxes charged to the end customer via DHL.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

CLINCHER OR TUBULAR?
All RON wheels are compatible with clincher tires. This solution is nowadays as fast as a tubular tire and more practical.
CAN I USE TUBELESS TIRES?
All RON wheels are compatible with a tubeless system. Additionally, wheels can be ordered with preinstalled tubeless tires.
WHAT ARE WEIGHT LIMITS IN RON WHEELS
All our wheels are limited to a system (cyclist+bike) weight up to 120 kilograms
WHAT TIRES SIZE ARE RECOMMENDED
All our wheels are designed in order to be optimized with a 25mm tire. However, it is also possible to use tires in range of 23-28mm.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED VALVE LENGTH
We recommend :
- for disc wheels: 40-50mm
- for V5 & V6 wheels- 80mm or 40mm with included extender
- for V8 40-50 mm with included extender
ARE YOUR WHEELS COMPATIBLE WITH MY GROUPSET?
Our wheels are compatible with Shimano 10/11s & Sram 10/11s groupset, but every wheel can be ordered with SRAM XDR or Campagnolo cassette body.
WHAT BRAKE PADS SHOULD BE USED?
For all AERON wheels use only special brake pads for carbon rims. We recommend you to use brake pads attached to the wheels.
For RON5 with an aluminum braking surface, we advise using standard brake pads for aluminum.
