ULTRON S3

ULTRON S3 combines the proven rim technology of the ULTRON 85 and 105 with a cutting-edge 3-spoke construction. The result? Even higher speed, enhanced aerodynamics, and maximum efficiency in race conditions.

Built around our refined OCT Aero rim profile, ULTRON S3 sets a new benchmark for triathlon and time trial performance. The three wide, wing-shaped spokes are engineered to minimize aerodynamic drag while maintaining stability in changing wind conditions.

During development, we tested 8 different spoke concepts. The final design was selected as the optimal solution in terms of aerodynamics and sailing effect—allowing the rider to harness crosswinds for additional speed.

The rim features a variable depth profile of 85–95 mm, delivering optimal aerodynamic performance across different yaw angles. Its very wide design—up to 34 mm external width with a 24 mm internal width—ensures excellent tire support, reduced rolling resistance, and improved stability. The hooked rim construction provides secure tire retention and compatibility with a wide range of setups.
